CMC acquires substantially all the assets of MMFX Technologies

Commercial Metals Co., Irving, Texas, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CMC Steel Fabricators Inc., has acquired substantially all the assets of MMFX Technologies Corp., a provider of proprietary specialty steel products.

Irvine, Calif.-based MMFX’s products include its ChrōmX line of high-strength, corrosion-resistant rebar.
