Commercial Metals Co. dedicates new micro-mill in Oklahoma

Irving, Texas-based Commercial Metals Co. has dedicated its new micro-mill in Durant, Okla. The mill uses a manufacturing process that melts, casts, and rolls steel from a single uninterrupted strand to help increase yields and decrease energy consumption.

The company manufactures, recycles, and markets steel and metal products, related materials, and services through a network of facilities.
