Constellium supplying aluminum auto body sheet to Mercedes-Benz

Constellium SE has announced that it is supplying aluminum auto body sheet for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class hood, roof, tailgate, and fenders, produced in Europe, China, and South Africa. The company is providing its Surfalex material for the outer closures and its Securalex for the inner closure parts.

The materials are supplied by Constellium’s ASI-certified plant in Neuf-Brisach, France. The company also supplies the front crash management system for this vehicle from its plant in Gottmadingen, Germany.
