Manchester, Tenn.-based Watson Metals has been acquired by Georgia Metals, Danielsville, Ga., a value-added distributor of metal roofing and other related metal building products and accessories.
Watson Metals is a provider of metal roofing, pole barns, and pre-engineered steel buildings for the residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial markets.
