Heidtman Steel Products to add two levelers

Steel service center Heidtman Steel Products Inc. has purchased two 17-roll Bradbury Auto-Selective™ hydraulic levelers to be installed in its push/pull pickling lines in Butler, Ind., and Granite City, Ill. Each line can level material thicknesses from 0.250 to 0.050 in. and features patented e•Drive® technology, which offers regenerative technology, focused tension, and penetration, the company reports.

Both levelers will provide automated setup via Bradbury TSC™ HMI for enhanced leveling capability where the internal stresses are equalized.
