Kennametal executive appointed to Universal Stainless board of directors

Pittsburgh-based Kennametal Inc. has announced that Judith Bacchus, vice president and chief human resources and corporate relations officer, has been appointed to serve on the board of directors for Universal Stainless and Alloy Products Inc., a manufacturer of semifinished and finished specialty steels.

Bacchus joined Kennametal in 2006 and has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, HR, strategic planning, policy and governance, M&A, organizational design, and talent acquisition. She is currently responsible for all human resource activities globally at Kennametal spanning nearly 40 countries, as well as the company's internal and external corporate communications. Bacchus holds a bachelor’s degree in administration and management from LaRoche College.
