Kennametal names retired Lockheed Martin executive VP to board

Pittsburgh-based Kennametal Inc. has elected Lorraine M. Martin to its board of directors. Recently retired as the executive vice president and deputy of Lockheed Martin Corp.'s Rotary and Mission Systems, she has more than 30 years of experience in leadership, international business, and manufacturing.

Kennametal serves the aerospace, earthworks, energy, general engineering, and transportation industries with materials science, tooling, and wear-resistant technologies.
