Majestic Steel USA acquires Titan Metal Service

Cleveland-based steel service center Majestic Steel USA Inc. has acquired the business assets of Titan Metal Service Inc., a Tampa, Fla., steel service center and processor.

This acquisition is part of Majestic's strategy to expand its business in the coated, flat-rolled market. The addition of Titan enables Majestic to increase its presence and reach in the Southeast, particularly the growing Florida market.

Majestic offers flat-rolled steel, specifically galvanized, galvannealed, galvalume, aluminized, cold-rolled, phosphatized/bonderized, stainless, and prepainted.
