Metal Exchange names COO

Metal Exchange Corp., St. Louis, a provider of nonferrous metals marketing, purchasing, supply management, risk management, manufacturing, and processing operations, has promoted Matt Rohm to the position of president/COO. He joined the company in 2016 as CFO.

Rohm has more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, having served in positions with The Boeing Co., Anheuser-Busch InBev, Energizer, and SunEdison. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Bradley University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin School of Business.

To fill Rohm’s vacated roll of enterprisewide CFO, the company has named two divisional CFOs. Dan Jarvis has been promoted to CFO of the Metal Exchange trading division and corporate services, and Dave McCoy has been promoted to CFO of the manufacturing division.
