Mueller Industries Inc. acquires ATCO Rubber Products
Mueller Industries Inc., a copper and copper alloy manufacturer in Memphis, Tenn., has acquired ATCO Rubber Products Inc., a manufacturer of insulated HVAC flexible duct systems.
The acquisition will support Mueller’s strategy to grow its climate products businesses. It produces tubing, fittings, valves, vessels, and related items for plumbing and HVACR-related piping systems.
