North Shore Steel acquires Ford Steel
North Shore Steel, a provider of structural steel, plate, and fittings and flanges in Houston, has acquired St. Louis-based Ford Steel, a provider of abrasion- and impact-resistant plate, bar, and other steel products.
The business will continue to operate as Ford Steel and retain its locations in St. Louis and Elko, Nev.
