NSBA, Pacesetter partner to form NSPS Metals LLC

Steel products provider Nippon Steel & Sumikin Bussan Americas Inc. (NSBA) and Pacesetter, a processor and supplier of cold-rolled, galvanized, galvannealed, galvalume, aluminized, and prepainted steel, have announced a strategic partnership to build a service center facility in Houston to strengthen the companies’ positions in the southwestern U.S. and Mexico.

NSBA will provide certain assets, technical expertise, and substantial resources from its global relationships to the new venture, NSPS Metals LLC. Pacesetter will provide several of its associates, equipment, customer relationships, and service center operational expertise.
