Nucor names Rockwell Automation senior VP to board of directors

Steel and steel products manufacturer Nucor Corp., Charlotte, N.C., has elected Nicholas C. Gangestad as a director effective Sept. 1, 2023. He currently serves as senior vice president and CFO of Rockwell Automation Inc.

Before joining Rockwell in 2021, Gangestad had a long career with 3M Co., serving in roles including senior VP and CFO; VP, controller, and chief accounting officer; director of corporate accounting; and VP, finance and IT.
