Olympic Steel acquires Metal-Fab

Metals service center Olympic Steel Inc. has announced that it has acquired all outstanding shares of Metal-Fab Inc., which operates two warehousing and fabrication facilities in Wichita, Kan.

The business, which manufactures venting and filtration products from mostly coated carbon and stainless steel, will continue to operate as Metal-Fab, an Olympic Steel company, led by Mark Ohm, president.
