O’Neal Industries names senior VP/CFO

Troy Lugo and Mike Rowland

O’Neal Industries, a network of metals service centers and component and tube manufacturing businesses, has promoted Troy Lugo to senior vice president/CFO effective April 1. He succeeds Mike Rowland, who will retire from his position as executive vice president/CFO March 31 after 13 years with the company.

Lugo joined the company in May 2017 as vice president and corporate controller. Before that he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and McKinney Capital. Lugo is a CPA and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Samford University.
