Pacesetter, NSBA hold groundbreaking ceremony for NSPS Metals

Steel products provider Nippon Steel & Sumikin Bussan Americas Inc. (NSBA), Schaumburg, Ill., and Atlanta-based Pacesetter, a supplier of cold-rolled, galvanized, galvannealed, galvalume, aluminized, and prepainted steel, have announced a strategic partnership to strengthen their positions in the southwestern U.S. and Mexico.

NSPS Metals has begun construction of a 130,000-sq.-ft. steel distribution and processing center in Houston. The first development phase of this facility is scheduled for completion in early 2020. The company will serve customers in the HVACR, appliance, automotive, garage door, metal building, and metal roofing industries.
