Precision Marshall acquires DB&S Steel

Precision Marshall Steel, a supplier of prefinished tool steels, has purchased the assets of DB&S Steel Corp., Beaver Falls, Pa. Under terms of the agreement, Precision Marshall will integrate DB&S’s production equipment into its Washington, Pa., headquarters. Precision Marshall will also provide DB&S’s distribution network with ground flat stock and drill rod and will make employment opportunities available to DB&S employees.

Precision Marshall employs 75 people in three locations: the headquarters in Washington, Pa.; a national distribution center in Bolingbrook, Ill.; and a regional warehouse in Hartford, Conn.
