Reliance Steel & Aluminum completes acquisitions of KMS Fab and KMS South
Metals service center Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., Los Angeles, has acquired all the issued and outstanding equity ownership interests of KMS Fab LLC in Luzerne, Pa., and KMS South Inc. in West Columbia, S.C.
The companies offer precision sheet metal fabrication from prototypes to large production runs using laser cutting, stamping, turret punching, machining, powder coating, and welding.
