Steelscape’s Kalama, Wash., facility has received the National Coil Coating Association’s 2017 Safety Award. The NCCA Safety Committee selected Steelscape, a national supplier of metallic-coated and prepainted steel, from 40 plants that were considered for the award. Entries were judged on data reported to OSHA.

The Safety Committee interviewed the top four plants, then visited the top two plants to evaluate their safety programs. Steelscape, which has received this award seven other times, had no recordable incidents from 2013 to 2016.
