TimkenSteel appoints independent director

Marvin Riley

TimkenSteel Corp.’s board of directors has appointed Marvin Riley, COO of EnPro Industries, as an independent director. Eleven directors now serve on the board.

Riley has held several positions at EnPro, including president of its Fairbanks Morse division, vice president of manufacturing, vice president of Americas, and head of global operations for its GGB Bearing Technology division. Before joining EnPro, he served in leadership roles at General Motors Corp.
