Triple-S Steel Holdings, Tube Supply acquire Marco Steel and Aluminum

Triple-S Steel Holdings Inc., through its affiliates Arbor Metals Inc. and Tube Supply LP, has announced that the companies have acquired the assets of Marco Steel and Aluminum Inc., with locations in Midland, Texas; Lubbock, Texas; and Albuquerque, N.M.

Tube Supply LP, a provider of tube and bar material for oil and gas applications, will own and operate the assets in Midland. Arbor Metals, a division of Triple-S Steel, will own and operate the assets in Lubbock and Albuquerque.
