United Performance Metals adds metal processing equipment
Metals distributor United Performance Metals has installed a new 6-kW fiber laser at its Cincinnati headquarters. According to the company, the fiber laser is expected to reduce lead times by cutting metal three times faster than traditional CO2 lasers.
To accompany the laser, the firm also installed a new 48-in. Arku leveler and a 36-in. Timesavers finishing machine.
