United Performance Metals (UPM), a metals distributor in Hamilton, Ohio, has received a MANNY Award and has been recognized as a Best Place to Work by Cincy magazine.

Manufacturers from the Cincinnati area received awards in five categories: Best Place to Work, New Product Development/Innovation, Job Creation, Biggest Breakthrough, and Top Growth.
