Hypertherm named one of America’s best employers by Forbes

Hanover, N.H.-based Hypertherm, a manufacturer of industrial cutting systems and software, has been selected as a Forbes Magazine America’s Best honoree, earning the No. 30 spot on its list of the 500 Best Midsize Employers and the No. 2 spot among engineering and manufacturing companies.

To create the list, market research company Statista surveyed 30,000 Americans working for both large and midsize employers. Surveys were anonymous, allowing participants to openly share their opinions. Respondents were asked to rate the likelihood of recommending their employer to others, in addition to answering questions related to working conditions, salary, potential for development, and company image. The final list ranks the employers receiving the most recommendations.
