P&F acquires Numatx Inc.
P&F Industries Inc., Melville, N.Y., a manufacturer and importer of air-powered tools and accessories, has announced its wholly owned subsidiary, Hy-Tech Machine Inc., has acquired the assets of Ohio-based Numatx Inc.
Numatx manufactures C-Squeezer and Alligator Squeezer lightweight, aerospace-grade riveters.
