Dahlstrom Roll Form marks 115 years in business
Dahlstrom Roll Form, Jamestown, N.Y., celebrates its 115th anniversary this year. The company was founded in 1904 by Charles P. Dahlstrom as Dahlstrom Metallic Door Co., manufacturing hollow metal doors.
The roll formed moldings and shapes developed as architectural trim for the metal doors soon evolved into a line of specialty items applied by manufacturers to their various products, including automotive dashboards and frames. The company continued to expand its product line for use in the railway, housing, and electronics industries.
Today the firm comprises Dahlstrom Roll Form, producing components for OEMs, as well as an architectural side, Dahlstrom Metal Mouldings.
