Hynes Industries completes financial restructuring

Hynes Industries has completed a financial restructuring, including the injection of nearly $6 million in fresh growth capital, led by its management team along with other investors.

With headquarters in Youngstown, Ohio, and locations in Painesville, Ohio, and Kokomo, Ind., the company manufactures roll formed shapes, strip steel, and flat wire.
