Tennsmith acquires Roll Former Corp.

Tennsmith, McMinnville, Tenn., has acquired Roll Former Corp., a manufacturer of roll forming equipment for the sheet metal forming industry based in Chalfont, Pa. The company has become one of the Tennsmith brands, along with Roper Whitney, Rockford, Ill.

“This acquisition made a lot of sense for Tennsmith, as roll forming equipment is a natural extension and complement to the sheet metal forming equipment our company manufactures,” said Mike Smith, one of the Tennsmith owners.
