Welser Profile expands in Ohio

Welser Profile North America, a manufacturer of custom roll-formed metal sections, has acquired an existing 160,000-sq.-ft. building in Valley City, Ohio, near its existing Superior Roll Forming facility. The facility will be remodeled, and roll forming equipment is scheduled for installation later in 2021.

The new plant will focus on Welser Profile’s core nonautomotive industries, while Superior Roll Forming will continue to focus on existing and new strategic partnerships in selected automotive segments.
