Klein Tools acquires Ergodyne
Lincolnshire, Ill.-based Klein Tools Inc. has announced the acquisition of safety products provider Ergodyne.
Ergodyne will be operated as a separate business unit at its current headquarters in St. Paul, Minn., and Tom Votel will remain president.
