Protective Industrial Products Inc., Latham, N.Y., a provider of personal protective equipment (PPE) including hand protection, above-the-neck protection, workwear, and footwear, has announced it will acquire ISM Heinrich Krämer GmbH & Co. KG, Lippstadt, Germany.
ISM is a producer of athletic-inspired safety footwear for men and women in the workplace.
