RoboVent announces acquisition by Air Filtration Holdings

Sterling Heights, Mich.-based RoboVent, a manufacturer of systems for air filtration, dust and mist collection, and general ventilation, has been acquired by Air Filtration Holdings LLC (AFH).

AFH CEO Brandon Ost explained that RoboVent will serve as a flagship company in the AFH family of businesses. AFH has recently acquired Maryland-based Viskon-Aire, a manufacturer of air filtration products, and Illinois-based Permatron, a provider of custom air filtration systems.
