Rockford Systems appoints vice president of finance

Bill Holliday

Rockford, Ill.-based Rockford Systems LLC, a provider of machine safeguarding systems, has appointed Bill Holliday as vice president of finance, effective January 1, 2018. Holliday succeeds Ken Kranz, who is retiring from the company in March 2018.

Holliday has more than 35 years of financial experience in the manufacturing industry. Before joining Rockford Systems, he served as vice president of finance for J.L. Clark LLC from 2002 to 2017 and before that he was director of finance at W.A. Whitney Co. from 1998 to 2002. Earlier in his career, Holliday worked in financial control positions with Gardner Machine Co., Barber-Coleman, and the Ingersoll Milling Machine Co. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy/finance from Northern Illinois University (NIU) and an MBA from NIU and earned his CPA designation from the state of Illinois.
