Everett Industries acquired

The Warren Industrial Group LLC, through its Everett Industries LLC subsidiary, has announced the acquisition of the operating business assets of Everett Industries Inc., an industrial saw manufacturer in Warren, Ohio.

The new ownership group brings a team with more than 25 years of experience in modernizing, systematizing, and automating manufacturing processes, engineered manufacturing technologies, and industrial businesses, as well as extensive international sales and marketing experience.

According to Jim Vosmik, president and one of the principal owners of Everett, the new Everett Industries, which will continue to operate out of its Warren, Ohio, facility, plans to help customers modernize and automate their cutoff operations for new materials, to provide higher finish requirements and cleaner operations, and to accommodate the retiring baby boomer work force.
