Seguin, Texas-based Alamo Group Inc. has acquired R.P.M. Tech Inc., a manufacturer of heavy-duty snow removal equipment in Drummondville, Que.R.P.M. now becomes part of Alamo's Industrial Division and works closely with the company's nearby Tenco operations in St. Valerian, Que.
Alamo Group is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment for infrastructure maintenance and agriculture, operating 25 plants in North America, Europe, Australia, and Brazil.
