All Metals Fabricating celebrates 70th anniversary

All Metals Fabricating, a contract manufacturer offering sheet metal fabricating, machining, electromechanical assembly, and powder coating, marked its 70th anniversary with an open house at its newly renovated facility in Allen, Texas, on Nov. 16. More than 150 industry partners, clients, friends, and family stopped by throughout the day for plant tours and a firsthand look at the company’s technology and manufacturing processes.

The company was established in 1953 as a sheet metal shop with a handful of capabilities. Bill Thrailkill purchased All Metals Fabricating in 1978, and the company has retained customers since the purchase 45 years ago.

This milestone marks the beginning of a new era for the company as it has initiated phase one of a $7 million automation plan, with the end goal of a fully automated, integrated cut-to-bend system.
