Alleghany Capital invests in W&W|AFCO Steel

New York-based Alleghany Capital Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alleghany Corp., has acquired a majority interest in WWSC Holdings LLC (W&W|AFCO), a structural steel fabrication and erection company based in Oklahoma City, Okla.

The company provides fabricated steel through six facilities for use in large construction projects primarily in North America, including commercial, industrial, and public structures, as well as stadiums and bridges.
