Alto-Shaam constructs Innovation Center at Wisconsin headquarters
Food service equipment manufacturer Alto-Shaam has started construction of an Innovation Center at its headquarters and manufacturing facility in Menomonee Falls, Wis. Completion is planned for 2025.
The expansion, more than 100,000 sq. ft. connected to the existing building, includes an R&D lab as well as engineering, product management, shipping, and finished goods spaces.
