Assa Abloy acquires Pioneer Industries
Assa Abloy, Stockholm, has signed an agreement to acquire Pioneer Industries, a supplier of steel doors and frames for commercial applications.
Founded in 1930 and located in Carlstadt, N.J., Pioneer Industries has approximately 100 employees.
