ATW acquires BWise

Trailer and truck bed manufacturer ATW, based in suburban Dallas, has acquired BWise, which produces its flagship brand and Bri-Mar trailers in Pennsylvania. ATW’s brands include Big Tex, PJ Trailers, and Carry-On.

Brian Wise will lead BWise as it transitions to ATW’s Pro-Grade business unit, then serve in a broader strategic role with the company. Steve Courreges, who heads Pro-Grade, will lead the newly acquired brands.
