Automotive Aluminum Advisors to host aluminum body sheet course

Automotive Aluminum Advisors, Plymouth, Mich., will hold its inaugural aluminum body sheet course Feb. 11-12, 2020, in Plymouth, Mich. The course, designed for the continuing education of automakers and their suppliers, will cover aluminum body sheet alloys and applications, forming and stamping, advanced welding technologies, and supply chain considerations.

Former leaders at Alcoa, Aleris, Arconic, GM, Reynolds Metals, and Westinghouse will present practical metallurgical, manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain information to help attendees learn how to introduce aluminum sheet into their manufacturing processes.
