C R Industries announces Mod-U-Dock acquisition

Cudahy, Wis.-based metal fabricating company C R Industries LLC has acquired Mod-U-Dock Inc., Nashotah, Wis. Full production of Mod-U-Dock’s prefabricated, modular marine dock systems has moved to C R Industries’ Cudahy plant, which offers metal fabricating, welding, and powder coating capabilities.

Mod-U-Dock’s founder, Jeff Spence, is being retained as a consultant at C R Industries.
