Cadence Aerospace acquires Perfekta Inc.

Anaheim, Calif.-based aerospace and defense group Cadence Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has announced the acquisition of Perfekta Inc., Wichita, Kan.

Perfekta provides large monolithic structures, precision-machined hard metal and aluminum components, complex machined forgings, and structural assemblies to the aerospace, defense, and space end markets from a 142,000-sq.-ft. facility. It will continue to be run by Julian Guerra II and the existing management team.
