Cargill sells U.S. steel fabrication centers to Metal One
Minneapolis-based agricultural trading company Cargill has agreed to sell its eight U.S. steel fabrication centers to Japan-based Metal One.
Cargill exited the steel mill business in 2016 with the sale of its stake in North Star BlueScope Steel.
