CGI Automated Manufacturing acquires Richlind Metal Fabricators

CGI Automated Manufacturing, a Core Industrial Partners portfolio company that produces complex sheet metal and machined production parts, assemblies, and weldments, has acquired Richlind Metal Fabricators, Chaska, Minn.

Richlind, which holds ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certifications and an ITAR registration, specializes in complex, tight-tolerance parts and assemblies primarily for the aviation, defense, and space end markets. Capabilities at its 50,000-sq.-ft. facility include sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, engineering, forming, punching, laser and waterjet cutting, and silk screening.
