CK Power, a manufacturer of off-highway engines and power generators based in St. Louis, has acquired Consolidated Machine & Welding (CM&W), Hannibal, Mo.
CM&W has kept its name and is called a division of CK Power. The company offers laser cutting, production welding, stamping and punching, tube bending, and powder coating services.
