Crown Verity to open $3.6 million facility in Kentucky

Crown Verity Inc., a manufacturer of outdoor commercial and residential cooking equipment based in Brantford, Ont., has announced plans to open its first U.S. subsidiary, Crown Verity USA Inc., in Bowling Green, Ky., creating 25 full-time jobs.

The 60,000-sq.-ft. plant, a $3.6 million investment, will include space for production of grills and other cooking equipment, as well as storage and distribution. The company plans to distribute all its American-market products in Kentucky starting in 2019.
