DeWys hires human resources staff

Elena VanDrie and Nick Grinwis

Custom metal fabricator DeWys Mfg. has hired Elena VanDrie as human resources manager and Nick Grinwis as human resources generalist.

VanDrie has 24 years of experience in human resources, serving most recently as an employee relations manager for a food manufacturer. Grinwis has a degree in sociology from Grand Valley State University and a background in social work. He recently worked for a nonprofit, managing caseworkers and overseeing essential services.
