EVS Metal marks 30 years in business
Precision metal fabricator EVS Metal, Riverdale, N.J., is celebrating three decades in business. Founded in 1994 by Joe Amico and Scott Berkowitz as a 5,000-sq.-ft. operation, the company launched a Texas facility with a dedicated CNC machine shop in 2001. It entered New Hampshire in 2008 to widen its service offerings and opened a fourth location in Pennsylvania in 2012 before moving and expanding that facility’s capabilities in 2022.
Notable investments include in-house automated powder coating lines, robotic bending stations and welding cells, and CNC machining centers.
The company produces specialized components for computer technology, telecommunications, and health care, including semiconductor and medical device parts fabrication.
