FutureWeld merges with Frontier Techni-Kote Industries

Phoenix-based FutureWeld Co. Inc., an aerospace metal finisher, and Frontier Techni-Kote Industries LLC, a provider of chemical processing services to the aerospace industry, Chino Valley, Ariz., have agreed to merge and form Frontier Group Inc.

The new company offers services including anodizing, chemical film, painting, passivation, phosphate, NDT, and welding.

The new company will remain in both locations, with more than 70 employees and 40,000 sq. ft. of capacity and two complete anodizing and other chemical processing lines.
